Watson, as the second consulting detective, finds a case of utmost importance. The police have approached Watson about the murder of a very important person, who's death could be part of a larger, more sinister plot lurking in modern London. Watson and the new chief of police will really need to use their brains for this case, as there are dead ends around every corner. Will this be the first case Watson cannot solve?
"A brand new detective story based on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's classic, with a twist, this book" (or rather the beginning, as it is in progress) "is the well written story of Detective Watson who is on the case to solve some new mysteries."
"This book has very clever and intricate dialogue, proportional character development and intelligently described settings."
