Once there lived a boy, his name was Vanoss, One day while roaming the streets of Los Santos, he was struck by something indescribable, mutagen (no relation to TMNT I didn't know what to call it so yeah) It caused Vanoss to turn into a beast, an owl , he had a head of an owl, and under his forearms grew feathers, terrified of what he looked like he hid away forever.
