In an attempt to escape her parents, Andrea Keegan pretends to be shipped off to a boarding school in England - when in fact, she's attending Cosmo High School, a private all-boys boarding school in Chicago. Pretending to be a boy and fooling everyone is hard enough, but when her annoying female hormones start to meddle in whenever the mention of her gorgeous roommate Logan is brought up, things are going to get a little harder than she thought.

When Novalie, a history buff and lover of the stars, moves into a duplex apartment she soon learns why it's been empty for so long. The obnoxious and rude neighbor next door has no regard or consideration for anyone other than himself. He plays games all night, both videogames and games with women. Fed up with him and how loud he is, she decides to fight back and be just as loud. But could this handsome jerk have a softer side? Is it possible for them to come to a compromise of some sort or will it be a never ending feud?
