A straight A+ freshman girl named Danielle Nwosisi, who never took any risks, and a straight D- to F freshman guy named Mikey Thompson, who never played by the rules both end up washing up the principal's car in exchange for the principal not expelling them. Along with their friends getting in trouble as well, the opposites have to work with each other. What's going to happen? Will Danielle and Mikey learn from one another, and find a car that they can both drive? Or will they revert to their ways?

This is the second book in the Camp Wildheart series, and the story is continuing with the next summer. A disappearance, an old-new enemy, and food that should be illegal? Just another summer with these heroes. Add to the confusion a reevaluation of emotions and a brain-fried elf, a bag of woodland creatures, and a bunch of mortals for a fun, chaotic summer!
