As an 18 year old, he lives with his parents in a small, rundown house in the Narrows, within the heart of the Gotham. Gotham City is known by most to be a very dangerous city where in it darkness thrives in every corner. As crime rates continue to rapidly grow and Gotham becomes much less safer and unstable to live in, Bailey Wayne and Jack Napier must find a way to survive it with or without each other, or it might just cost them their sanity.

When Jessica starts hearing the inmates muttering about Scarecrows, she starts asking questions, which, as we all know, can be awfully bad for your health.
