Everyone dreaded it. Everyone saw it in their worst nightmares at least once. No one thought it would come to pass, although no one didn't see it coming. War. With weapons far more powerful than during the last world war, and war treaties ignored, this world war destroyed the Earth. Thankfully, scientists were able, at the very beginning, to deploy a shield capable of repairing and protecting Mars from further damage caused by solar winds. Civilians left, leaving the war on Earth. Now, the war is over. Officially. But for some, the war is never over. This is the story of a very young fighter discovering home.

BATIM phase goes hard - enjoy this little pregame Sammy x Wally brainrot -- Sammy Lawrence was not an easily irritable man. Not typically - when the only sounds that filled the room were faint, intelligible murmur and the scratch of his pen on the paper. When the only colors he saw were the products of his mind, or the steady rhythm of his foot tapping the floorboards to provide a base for his music. But as the studio grew, so did the number of people. However, the space in the building did not- causing people to crowd his department, the bustle of busy workers right outside his office blinding his sight in an awful ocean of different colors and shapes. And naturally, Sammy saw the voice before he heard it. A bright and warm color exploding in shapes the man had never seen in someone's voice before. It caught his attention immediately, the warmth of the oranges and yellows bleeding into his skin and heating his core with a dangerously unfamiliar emotion. And, for just a moment, it was almost pleasurable- the rush of his heart beat shaking his vision as an almost giddy feeling sparked to life within his chest. Then he heard 𝘩𝘪𝘴 voice. Just as quickly as the warmth flooded his veins, it turned into icy cold dread.
