The Chronicles of Blackwater is a sweeping historical and speculative saga that traces the evolution of human civilization from the earliest pastoral societies to the dawn of the Mother AI era in the galaxy. Beginning in the Hindu Kush mountains, the story follows the migration of nomadic tribes, the domestication of animals, and the emergence of early trade networks that would lay the foundations for complex societies. This trilogy-Domestication of Sheep, Taming of Horses, and Splitting the Sky-interweaves the rise and fall of pastoral empires with poetic narrative structures inspired by oral traditions. Humanity's survival, expansion, and adaptation are explored through the lens of population dynamics, resource competition, and cultural evolution, emphasizing the relentless interplay between mobility and settlement. The Chronicles also explore the profound co-evolution between humans and animals, the transmission of genes and culture across continents, and the subtle forces of power and strategy that shape civilizations. Ultimately, it points toward a future where intelligence transcends biology, envisioning the emergence of Mother AI as a natural law-like authority guiding galactic civilizations.

"We believe that when you die the first thing you hear is Nuali's song. And it is by this song that the Goddess of Night will lead you from this earth to the resting place, but only if you sing with her." Alva whispers. "That doesn't seem fair, what if you don't know the words?" Ordell replies. "There is a lot in this world that is unfair, Princeling... more than you can understand." ___________ For millennia, the Noccaweĭ people have lived peacefully on the outskirts of society, misunderstood but for the most part, tolerated. It was not until The Great War ended near one hundred years ago, that misunderstanding became fear, and tolerance became hatred. As the nomadic tribe face total annihilation by the powers that be, Alva and her brother Ardaen cannot stand by as their family and way of life is destroyed. Prince Ordell knows how to hide... he's done so for years...deep within the stacks of the royal library, his loyal guard and closest friend Callen by his side. While the rest of the world lives in the present, the prince collects knowledge long forgotten and suppressed. In this new world of hate and destruction, those who lead on either side have forgotten what created such bitterness and refuse their children their right to history. So the young must seek the dead for answers removed from time and mind. For the dead sing true. ****Cover photo: Ines Rehberger https://stampsy.com/user/15546/latest/7347 *** (altered from original)

Souls for sell... "Sometimes I believe reality is a home full of monsters. For we complain about injustice and falsified demigods. Yet argue amongst ourselves and our own introductory into another's ego. While we do nothing to change but grab at different weapon to defend ourselves. Maybe we are truly sadistic. Maybe we enjoy racial tension. Maybe we love to watch corruption and innocent lives burn away. Maybe the homeless do make us feel superior and better about ourselves. . . Maybe struggle and wars are just another popular trend. Negative maybe. But honestly if we wanted change wouldn't we realize already that stepping on one another to achieve a personal goal leads us to no where? God please provide us some therapy... For people are beautiful this is true but most are often too interested in their own demise to perpetrate clarity into a positive." ©Mello

Ryoku Nagami was one of many young children trying to grow up on the oppressive Iron Pier. One fateful day Ryoku loses a stick fight against an older boy who was trying to prove something. An onlooker, the mysterious Magician, sees the fight and is impressed with Ryoku's fighting. He offers to take Ryoku with him and promises him a future of significance if he chooses to do so. The Magician has a plan. A storm is coming. Sometimes the best way through the storm is to steer directly into it. This story is based on prompt 82 from the ONC2021 contest. - Age and wisdom are certainly not mutually exclusive, but when a case of mistaken identity results in a teen taking charge of a small nation, who knows what might happen! I plan to make a small twist the the prompt in that the Ryoku assumes the identity and physical appearance of one of the tribal princes. This leads his people to "mistake" him for the actual prince which is all part of the Magician's plot. This is the first story I've ever written so I welcome any and all feedback. I prefer to post updates in groups so I can do some light editing before posting. Even if there is some time without an update, I am committed to finishing the 20,000 word contest. Hope you enjoy!

I can't explain, can't show, can't display. All my intentions end in dismay. I won't digress, won't try, won't even care. Human emotions are never there. I thought I was broken, was flawed, denied. Now I realize it was just in my mind. Nothing is perfect, I can't claim anything to be. Especially not you or me. I now realize, superiority is here. Blame is the key, Delusion is the fear. I'm not always heartless. I'm not always cold. I don't always do what I am told. I'm not always amoral, I'm not always blind. I just stopped caring about human-kind. This is Alexithymia.

This is the original form of the book. It weaves together books 1 and 2. I later separated them by time period to make each individual book a little shorter. But personally, I meant for the stories to be told in parallel. I think it adds a lot to the overall concept and understanding and entertainment value.

"Songs of a nomadic heart" is an authentic poetry collection that celebrates love, people, experiences and life through the eyes of an 18-year-old. The book contains poems that will touch your heart, speak to you and thus envoke emotions. The inspiration behind this book is everyone whom I have ever met, thus adding a bit of experience to my life. I hope that this book makes everyone feel what I felt while writing it and fills them with hope, love, and verses.

(Not 4Chan, serious version of their idea) A perspective of a young man, living in a war torn nomadic tribal wild tundra. It's an actually coherent story with a central idea and I hope someone finds this at least peculiar. So I stumbled upon this book multiple thousands of people wrote together on 4chan, then decided to look deeper into it and found a bunch of websites for collaborative wriring. Wanted to see what would come out of them, but they all ended up being dead. For one of them I wrote this short story, more of a tech demo, with the same name as the 4chan book but taken more or less seriously. I am the furthest thing from a writer, and am definitely stepping on other's turfs, but it's not horrible compared to other amateur stuff I've read. As I am not a writer, I don't really know how to judge my own creations and deal with getting locked into your own perspective after going through making the piece. Just want to hear if it feels like something is really behind the story, if it lets people imagine their own "aesthetic", if it works as a core idea in any way. It's going on wattpad and all, but here's the link to the original website because it has a pretty good reader and anyone can continue writing the story at any point for themselves, which could be interesting: https://www.storyfork.app/story/5a68_the-legacy-of-totalitarianism-in-a-tundra
