He got caught and was bring to the Norrisville Aquarium. Before he ever thought that he will never be free, a boy named Nomi Norisu saw him and wanted to save him. They were wearing a matching bracelet. Legend said that if they have matching jewelries, they were destined to be together. Are they destined or just pure coincidence? FYI, Nomi is not the Nomicon.
