Sometimes my thoughts start going faster than I can keep up with, so I write a poem when i'm manic in the hope that someone will read it and feel a little bit better about themselves. The hope is to convey the importance of acceptance and normalizing minorities in society who are discriminated against for no other reason than the fact the they differ from what popular culture has determined as the norm of today's globalized world.
