Non-violence is the need of the hour. Its absence has marred humanity; its path has always created men and women of great valour. Non-violence doesn't mean forgetting about your rights, instead, it is a way to rise above discord, bridge our differences and engrain in ourselves the first and foremost right: we all are humans and humans are different from animals. They have superior brainpower and something more: sentience. Violence disturbs the state of mind and maims our purpose and life. This poem brings that to the limelight and, more importantly, guides us to internalising it.
