Ritsu is a 19 year old girl with a secret and a knack for causing trouble. This is her story in which explains her backstory and how she is. Anyways, Ritsu lives in the district of Ikebukuro in Tokyo, Japan. She works part time at a local MacRonalds (basically McDonald's but without the copyright).
