Kuai Liang and Tabbi Rhodes had to rebuild the Lin Kuei from scratch. Alone. Kuai gave Tabbi his right hand position as they rebuilt. Tabbi fell into a depression after being restored from her Revenant form, most of it because she missed her old friends. She and Kuai left Smoke, her best friend, behind. She couldn't live with that.
