Izuku was born with a Quirk that would kill him if he ever used more than fragments of a percent of it's true power. But what if he could find a way to use his full power without risking the destruction of all that he holds dear?

Midoriya never got in to UA and after the war Japan as a nation fell and it became a wasteland or a treasure grove for those who dare to scavenge the lands. Like our protagonist with his quirk Dodge has a percentage change to not get hurt when hit. (PayDay 2 Dodge build basically) He moves across the wasteland as those who fear go to the safe zones like UA or Shiketsu. (Has Manga Spoilers)

DISCONTINUED (Possible rewrite) Izuku and Hitoshi were "blessed" with dangerous quirks that dubbed them villains before they could even learn what they were. Once their quirks manifested, their parents shoved them into orphanages in hoped to save their reputation, and having to raise a villain wasnt going to do any good. The two were taunted and beaten; every bit of discrimination was ahead for the two. They only had each other, even when they moved orphanages or foster homes, they moved in together. Rules were meant to change in every single one. But one was always made constant wherever they went. "You will never take off that blindfold, ever." The headmaster spat at the poor green haired boy then turned towards the purple one who held onto his companions hand. "You will live in the darkness you are fated to lead." "And you..." His glare bore down on them, "You will never speak, and that muzzle will never come off unless its time to eat, but it goes back on and you will wear noise cancelling headphones....maybe if you dont hear them then you wont be able to use that quirk." The two nodded, a silent promise between the kids forming. "D-dont let go of my hand..." the quiet, scared whisper of Izuku startled the other. Hitoshi squeezed the he held onto hand tighter as a reply, making the other relaxed. It was a dark and quiet place.

Izuku Midoriya was born with a quirk already manifested, something that had never happened in their society before, and his quirk was powerful enough to gain the attention of the public safety commission. Izuku gets alot of attention and fame even from a young age due to him being a prodigy in every aspect of the word, however not everyone sees him in such a good light.

Alternate worlds are odd in one world people could be replaced with animals, and in another humans could be living in space. Izuku is a villain. His father, the worst villain to ever live, made sure of it. Even before he got his quirk, Izuku wanted to be a hero. Ironic, how things turn out. So of course his surprise was understandable when it turned out his soul was connected to another. And to a hero in training no less. Izuku isn't sure how much his new connection will affect things. Izuku vows to become the first quirkless hero. Deku swears he will tear down the rotten hero system. Both green haired boys go their separate ways, one free from the weight of doubt and uncertainty, the other unrestrained by the other's compassion.

Izuku Midoriya is the Quirkless son of a test pilot named Hisashi who died when a plane he was testing malfunctioned forcing him to land in the desert to protect other people from the explosion that he knew would ensue when he reached the ground. Years later Izuku has been bullied and he has developed a strong will from it and the legacy his father left behind. Chaos ensuses. happens after internships, blood will be mentioned, as it is a vampire story. Also, in this he got into the hero course quirkless. Meaning he doesn't have All Might's quirk.
