Camilla Petrovich grew up with a single mother and lived a fairly vanilla life. As far as she knew, her life was normal. Now, at age 23, her life as a kindergarten teacher takes an unexpected turn when her mother gets arrested for affiliating with the biggest cartel in the United States. Camilla soon finds out that running cartels just runs in the family, and she's expected to take her mother's place. When Camilla gets sucked into this dangerous world with only her childhood frienemy to rely on, there's no telling what troubles will unfold.
