Barry Allen and Aurora Allen had normal lives, up until the particle accelerator explosion. Or, well, their lives were normal-ish before the accelerator explosion, but the truth is their lives haven't been normal since Barry was 11, and Aurora was 13. One night, after Aurora and Barry were put to sleep, something came into their house, like a tornado of lightning. In the lighting there was a blur, and inside that blur was a man, in a yellow suit. The Reverse-Flash. And it was this Reverse-Flash that destroyed their normal life straight from their childhood, by killing their mother. Killing their mother, and sending their father to prison for it, for the crime he didn't commit. Now, in the present day, the two live with Joe, Astrid and Iris West. Barry works with CCPD as a Crime Scene Investigator and Aurora as a Crime Scene Photographer. The two of them also work together to find the impossible. And, when they become the impossible, that becomes easier. The particle accelerator, when it explodes, Barry Allen is given superspeed, and Aurora Allen is given the ability to slow time down, or rather manipulate it. With these abilities, they hunt down the man who killed their mother, and framed their father. They become The Flash and Velora, the Time Witch. However, they weren't the only ones affected by the Particle Accelerator. Penelope Soraya a Biochemist as S.T.A.R. Labs, she was given the ability to manipulate the memory of others. She becomes the hero known as Memory. Luther Cross was given the power of Decay, the Angel of Decay. He becomes the hero known as Blight. However, because of what his powers took from him, he is reluctant to the change. Will this team work? And can they stop the man in yellow, the Reverse-Flash together?

This is basically the TV show on Netflix of Flash, but just as a story instead.

Barry Allen of Earth 38 is pretty different than his Earth 1 counterpart, he is a bit older than his other version, being Flash for almost 4 years, he was adopted by another cop named Darryl, Barry tried to a few times to be in a relationship with Iris West... but it was near impossible... she wasn't the one for Barry. He became Flash at the age of 24, and in 4 years, he is being called as one of the most famous heroes on Earth, Scarlet Speedster and Central City's Guardian Angel... he could have anything... he could... but he decides to take a break... across his 4 years, the only thing he has met with is with pain and regret... he takes some vacation to National City... but his past just follows him.

Felicity 'Felicia' Iris Zoe Allen-Queen or Legally Felicity Iris Zoe West-Allen-Smoak-Queen is the Biological daughter of Mia Smoak-Queen and Nora West-Allen the scientists found a way for it to be possible. She is the perfect mix of her two families the Smoak-Queens and the West-Allens She is a hero she disappeared one day and came back more Queen than Allen. This is her story.

There was a place just on the edge of Central City along where a little river ran that Barry always found himself when he was angry or upset or just needed time alone. It was a random spot, nothing extraordinary or special about it, but it was where he felt the most at peace. The most whole, the most complete. He had been going there ever since he was little, when his mother first brought him there on a sunny spring day. As the years go by, that spot becomes a sanctuary to him. And one day as an adult, he finds someone else there who becomes his whole world. Someone to share in that precious sanctuary.
