Based on Arrow season 7/8 and Flash season 4/5 Nora travels back to the past to meet Barry and Iris and Mia and William go with her, to meet Oliver and Felicity, but Nora has more reason to go and meet her parents and run with the Flash and she can't do this without her two best friends.
