So I was basically having one of them days, and I guess I was supposed to be doing revision but.... when I am upset (and i was really down that day) I dont really have a thing to help, i dont like ranting to people so i was just experimenting with ways to keep me calm and on track so i wrote a couple poems and the person i showed it too really liked it so i wanted to share this one. hope you like it and excuse any grammar mistakes they are my achilles heel.

What if depression, one of the most common mental disorders, was the normal compared to the more happy look on life. People always see, "Pick your head up!" or "Turn that frown upside down!", but in this poem it will show you the different things one would say if you are "too happy". Positivity is wrong, smiles are wrong, laughing is wrong. Your happiness is wrong. All according to this new norm of depression. Thank you.
