Sarah Tibbits, notorious pirate, started her job with Jack Sparrow at age fourteen. After Jack regained the Black Pearl, she worked with the rest of the crew. She and Elizabeth Swann had become very close friends. Sarah was only a year older than Elizabeth, so friendship came easily. Sarah also befriended William Turner and James Norrington. Sarah's adventures did not end after the battle with the British Navy. The world had a lot more for her to experience.

James gets a chance to relive some parts of his life after he dies. This lets us see how things might have turned out otherwise. He's given a sort of second chance, but in a way where he gets multiple attempts to fix things. Perhaps life could have turned out well for him, or perhaps death wasn't the cruelest fate.

I was not happy with the outcome of the events in Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. So this is how I would have liked things to go down... with my own little twist. *wink* Most of the story will take place in first person, from James' point of view. There will be parts where it is from someone else's perspective though. I'll make sure to point it out when it happens. This rendition starts off when Elizabeth Swann meets Admiral James Norrington for the first time in the movie, right before James died.
