He's a son of Poseidon, a demigod of one of the Big Three gods, which makes his life more dangerous than other Reds. He's 15, almost 16, and unemployed, scheduled for conscription when he reaches the age of 18, if he can survive long enough to reach the age of 18. Annabeth is the princess of Norta, but she has never told anybody at Camp Half-Blood her last name. The Reds at camp aren't particularly fond of her father and the Silvers either tollerate him or adore him. If anyone found out that she was a Calore she would never hear the end of it. Much to her protest, on her sixteenth birthday the king announces a Queenstrial along with a Princestrial. So, when her father tells her later that night that she is forbidden to leave the palace without his permission, Annabeth is heartbroken, any chance that she had with Percy is gone... Until an incident at Princestrial forces the king to hide Percy in plain sight and betroth him to Annabeth. With the Scarlet Guard gaining more power and Kronos, Lord of the Titans, preparing his attack on Olympus, how long will their luck last before one of them is killed? I have been Maven's maid for years. I didn't imagine I could end up here, I never could. I spent my childhood locked in a reality that wasn't real. I learned many things about myself that I couldn't tell anyone. As much as I wanted to tell Maven, I couldn't. I can't tell him I am a Red that has powers. Who knows what his mother would do?
