An Academy Fan-fiction, in which we explore a life where Sang Sorenson got to live the dream, alongside living a nightmare. Sang Sorenson lives two lives: During the school year, Sang lives with her doting Mama and her brusque Papa. During the summer's though, those are the days Sang dreads. The summers are when Sang lives with a sharp-tongued 'mother', a mean jealous sister, and a creepy 'father.' ~~~ Auroura Diana is worried. Due to a breach in a morality clause in her surrogate contract, Auroura Diana lost full custody of her daughter and has to share her special little girl with the Sorenson's. Auroura knows something is going on in the Sorenson's home, because her sweet shy daughter comes back every summer with a little less glimmer and shine....and she's sick to her stomach imagining why. So, she gets in contact with some friends and asks for a favor in exchange for a favor. And in the process, she sets her daughter up to meet the soul mates Sang was always meant to have. A sweet, short story of unconventional romance and what-if's. The Academy character's are not mine, but are instead owned by the talented and amazing C.L. Stone. I only own the plot and few original characters, as will be pointed out.

Sang Sorenson, North Taylor, and Silas Korba were child hood best friends. Everyday for nearly a year and a half they met up at a beach and spent hours together. They're constantly haunted by the memory of her. Now that they're all grown, they want to try to find her. On the night they decide to bring it up to Mr. Blackbourne, they're at a party. As they're walking out of the party, prepared to leave for the night, they catch sight of blonde hair, green eyes, and the most beautiful smile. Sang Sorenson- also known as Sang Kaylor to some- is back, but is she the same girl she once was? And what happened all those years ago when she was kidnapped? Will they still love each other after everything?

art isn't just meant to be looked at it is meant to be understood and appreciated so why was she never noticed if she was a masterpiece or in which aurora is literal sunshine in their lives, a piece they needed badly. it's too bad the shadows from her light threaten to swallow her up if she's not careful.

Spoken by a crazed Scarlet Witch, 90% of the mutant population was stripped of their powers, only 198 mutants retained their powers, and the next step in human evolution seemingly died... until now. Enter Sang Summers, physically and mentally abused, underdeveloped, petrified teenager... and the long lost daughter of two of the most powerful mutants known: Scott Summers and Jean Grey, current leader of Utopia and dead host of the Phoenix Force. Sang is the first mutant to develop powers in four years, the Messiah the remaining mutant race had long awaited to save them from the brink of extinction. And their hypothesis seems to be proven true, as nine lights appear on Cerebra, nine new mutants that Sang will have to save from themselves... nine new mutants that can hopefully save Sang Summers. This is Generation Grey. These are the New Elites. And they have a Messiah Complex.

In this Ghostbird Fanfic Sang never makes it to Charleston, SC. Sang saves herself before ever meeting her boys. She isn't abandoned by family, she won't put up with abuse, and doesn't feel it's her duty to take care of a monster. Every victim of abuse reacts differently. I personally was defiant and refused to believe what I was told or that I deserved it. I wanted Sang to have my spirit. I wanted Sang to have even more than my spirit actually as I didn't save myself but Sang will save herself. So if Sang was never the timid bird we know her as who will she become? If she ends up knowing a normal life and allowed to mature and know healthy relationships before meeting the boys how will that go? I'll alter the boys as well. When I look back now on CL's books they come across as guys who don't like confident women and have hero complexes. I can't remember exactly what they say about the Academy girls and why they won't date them but basically it's because the girls are confident and sure of themselves and apparently that's not good? So no these guys won't be like that. The core of who they are will be the same though. I feel like the Toma team does appreciate confident women already so they won't need to be altered at all. I digress lets see how the story flows with our Sang being her own hero and the havoc she'll unleash on our boys. Finally, these characters are not my own but the plot is my own. So no stealing my plot and give all credit of characters to CL Stone. I will reference to some scenes from her books as well as the boys will still do the Ashley Waters mission and deal with Volto. The actual scenes from her books won't be in my own though just referenced in flashbacks and such.

Sang Sorenson is a sheltered rich girl whose life is a lot more rough than most believe. Her entire life has consisted of abuse from her step-mother, and overbearing older brothers who would do anything to shelter her from the world. But when she transfers to public school and meets a group of nine guys who have her living on the wild side, she's finally found a place she can escape. The group of boys make her feel things she's never felt before, and she's willing to put it all on the line for them, and they're willing to do the exact same for her. Except, they just might have to in order to get through the war that is about to be started. Disclaimer: Most of these characters belong to C.L., except for a few cuties who happen to be Sang's brothers in this.
