He felt no guilt for burning down Elliot's father's pizza shop and making Elliot upset and Angry with him. After finding a red baby, he began to change and care for the child as if it were his own. Despite his best notions, it is an action which fills Arthur Hellsing with dread; he knows full well the strength and capability of the resident vampire in his manor's basement. Alucard for one is just content in his own way to watch humans be humans, such funny, entertaining little creatures that he never thought a genuine friendship would apparently spark, let alone something more develop when Beatrice's freedom of choice is taken from her, and she is in need of some vampiric assistance.
