You are a normal office worker for the Daily Planet, with nothing but a simple paranormal ability, a gift, separating you from the norm. No one knows about your ability, bar your late parents, but when the New Guy brings foreword some issues with it, without the poor guy knowing, you are suddenly thrown into the weird world of superheros, second identities, and dangerous hobbies. Read on as you finally discover the many, many curveballs live throws at you, and finally figure out how to avoid them.

Desperation causes people to do incredibly stupid things. As stupid as it may be, Desperation can lead to some really great things. This is one such story. A story of a guy pushed to his brink, only to see him come out on top at the end of it all. And just so you know, this is not my work, just some edits. I just wanted everyone to read it too.
