This is the origin of a few main characters from my story called The Order of Chaos. The Order of Chaos is a criminal organization that, above all, sets out to punish normal society for trying to rid the world of people with powers.

Cami is just a teenager. Nothing else. Definitely not the person a whole species' survival is riding on. Definitely not. At least that's what she told herself. A part of a rouge treasure hunting group, Cami was fine with just hopping in, taking the treasure, and leaving. Of course, she never asked why the government of Nefidinda was asking them to steal treasure from Zinian temples, sacred places of the sworn enemies. She had been raised to hate the Zinians, even though she had never seen one, let alone met one. Beyl, a member of her group, always warned her that when they stole from Zinian temples that they would probably run into Zinian warriors. Which they did. A lot. However, a thieving run that went awry has Cami spiraling into a conspiracy about the Zinians and her own bond-family. Will she be able to make the right decision? Or will she crumble under the pressure? Of course, no one knows.

Rory Stevens has always been invisible. The only thing anybody anybody notices about her is that she looks just like international pop sensation, Aria Rose. But that's OK to her. Music is my life. It's a part of me. It brings joy and pain through me.. But it's a beautiful kind of pain.. The kind of pain you keep coming back for because you love the way it feels when you play, the way your arms get goosebumps with every pluck of the strings, and the way the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end with every vibration coiling through your body. Music has kept me alive through the years. But it's not music itself that could also destroy me, no that's just part of it, It's the people I let interfere with my music, or what I do with it that could destroy me.. And no one could take that away from me except myself. But it's a beautiful kind of pain..
