Gotham, a city of crime. the crime rate only growing, the police are are even protecting the mob. My name is Charlie, I'm a 14-year-old punk girl. born and self-raised on the streets of Gotham. living on my own or staying with others like me, I survive like the rest. The Waynes being murdered caused serious chaos throughout the city. causing mobs in the city, rushing to claim land while the police search for the killer. With the recent, more violent crimes, us teens scramble for places to stay dry for this incoming storm.

im not afraid to go after people. not in the dark. not in the light. if i want you.. your mine.

The year is 2138. It's a wasteland; bare cracked ground rolls out until the eye can see and oxygen is no longer passed through trees, but through tiny pockets slotted in every building and rounded Porto, artificial intelligence in a greater number than humans and a large grey cloud hangs over the stretching grey buildings, that share the same dull properties and uninteresting nature. What have we become? Oscar is 19 and is meant to be alike every traumatised teen; wiped of all memory, replaced with new ones, giving them the 'chance they always needed'. But Oscar doesn't forget, for he is what his mother called special, and little does he know that he is the prodigy the rebels search for.
