Completely original book by me. Alex always had a hard time growing up, but not your average hard. He is transgender, has abusive parent, and is hardcore bullied. This leads to many issues, such as having to run away and have like 30 scars. Also he has sewn up eyes and mouth (don't ask how he eats) thankfully he meets a very nice girl who helps him a lot.
