James Bond, but gender-bent. An originally story written by me that follows the typical 007 narrative and characteristics. This is the first book of the series :)

The streets of New York City pulsed with life, yet a shadow loomed over the city's heart. Tom Kaulitz, a man feared and respected by many, was the enigmatic figure behind that shadow. He held power that extended far beyond the reaches of the law. But there was one thing that had stressed Tom for years, something he couldn't buy or command: the heart of Maddi Davidson. She was a radiant, intelligent, and fiercely independent woman, who had carved out her own life away from the clutches of the criminal underworld. She owned a small bookstore in the heart of Little Italy and had no intention of getting entangled with the likes of Tom. -------------------------- Tom leaned in, his voice a low rumble, "Maddi, Maddi, you know who I am, don't you?" Maddi finally met his gaze, her eyes challenging. "I know exactly who you are, Tom." Toms lips curled into a sly smirk, his charm masking his ruthless nature. "I've taken a liking to you, Maddi. You should consider yourself lucky." She shook her head, her tone unbothered. "I don't need your 'luck' in my life." Toms patience disappeared. He leaned closer, his words laced with a subtle threat. "You don't seem to understand, Maddi. I can make life very difficult for you." But Maddi had to much pride within her. If you haven't saw the movie I recommend watching it before reading this! Well basically Madelines daughter, Mathilda is the new 007, fighting in her 'dads' spot. There is blood mentions and some sexual things but other than that I guess have a nice time reading!

Here, I recount my distinct experience seeing this film in theaters with my brother, the surprising power of Daniel Craig's final 007 flick, and how this particular picture affected me personally.
