its been a week since you moved to Highland Park, your dad got a new job which seems to always be demanding him to travel and go on business trips. you seem to find it hard to balance your social life and school life, being the new kid in a town where everyone knows each other seems to be tough. a few months into the school year, you notice a kid you've never seen before. shes not new, but she is extremely quiet and can't stop eyeing you.

"Are you out of your God damn mind!" I screamed at him. He gave an angry look. "Me? What about you? Your the one who was flirting with Caleb, going off to god knows where to hook up!" "Flirting!? This is completely different! And for the record, I wasn't flirting" He glared some more and took a step forward "how is this any different?" "You beat the shit out of your friend!" Noah glared even harder "he's not my friend" he looked behind me, at the others " he's yours and in fact your not my friend Devon, your none of our friend you're just some girl who showed and told us her life story" he leaned in and got super close to my face. "We've all lost someone, your not special, your no one" After I didn't say anything, he stared at me for a long time before doing exactly what I thought he would do. He walked away.

When I say I'm not rich I mean it, When I say I'm not poor I'm not either. I'm an ordinary girl in an ordinary world Average at everything. I'm not beautiful nor am I ugly. I don't have horrible grades but I'm not straight A. The Only thing I'm even close to good at is Singing every lyric to every single country song on or off radio, No that does not make my voice good. My voice is also not horrible but it is also not Perfect. I dream i have an imagination. I only am saying all of this because I am truly the luckiest girl in the world.
