States have been wiped out and now Nove has been split into 4 irregular quarters: Neptune, Oprum, Velvus and Epton. Epton is the land of the elites, where the richest and most powerful live. While, the other 3 quarters are the land of the poor. Every year, 2 people from each quarter is voted for to take an exam. The winners are taken but no one knows where.
