it is about taking those times to feel the gentle breezes , thinking about how powerful it feels when you are able to feel the wind giving you vibrations. there is a lot of progress to it, u will be in your inner peace , feeling calm, saying to yourself inhale , exhale , and it goes on repeat. ☺️😌 i want to add that the world right now is a terrible place to be in because of ignorance, racism, discrimination, violence , and many more to include. whatever u are going through , it will calm u down, and will make u feel like u are being followed by the wind 💨
