This story is about a 10 year old boy that ends up in the middle of an apocalypse (this is my first story btw, and a big shout-out to my friend badducky search the username and see for yourself)

When you hear the term "apocalypse" you presumably imagine some otherworldly tale about hideous zombies rising from their graves. At least Luna Denver's fourteen-year-old brain certainly did. However, her situation is a brutal reality and it has nothing to do with the walking dead. A weapon of mass destruction was released, quickly wiping out the rest of the United States. Now an underwhelming team containing Luna's hyper younger sister, wimpy best friend, and a serious boy must venture into the decaying world in attempts to rescue the survivors.

At a young age, Clementine lost her sense of home. She soon regained most of it after she was adopted by Lee Everett, a charismatic professor. Thirty minutes later, Gyeong-su realizes he doesn't know why Na-yeon is in detention. So he asks her. "Why are you here?" As predicted, Na-yeon ignores him. Now, she's busy wiping Ms. Park's desk, a desk Gyeong-su wiped four hours earlier. "I wiped that already," Gyeong-su points out. "Why don't you scrub the windows? I haven't gotten to those yet." But Na-yeon, once again, ignores him. No not the zombie Apocalypse, people here don't have to worry about that, they have to worry about mutated animals, bandits,, radioactive areas, and other dangers that won't appear until later. Some people are mutated into other creatures or have been experimented on. A group of kids band together to survive this world and rebuild it. But these kids aren't ordinary kids, they have heightened senses and amazing abilities to help them survive this world filled with dangers.

Melonie had to figure out how everyone died before it's too late. The monsters are growing louder, but are they the cause of everyone's death? Melonie doesn't think so and she finds something she thought she'd never see again. Will she finally get answers or will the monsters catch up to her?
