These are short stories that take place before the events of Love Live! School Idol Project. Where were they before they became U's? The cover is not mine, it is all I can think of. I don't own Love Live. But this is my take on them when they're children. These are my own ideas.

When Eli Ayase, a businesswoman, meets the bold and ambitious clothing store staff Nozomi Tojo, things took a sudden turn as they instantly formed a bond, all thanks to Maki. With Eli, having vague images about love, she sets out to find its true meaning while her attraction towards Nozomi grew stronger. Admitting it or not, Eli realized just how much trouble that the dashing woman has brought her. During the course of their courtship, Eli soon finds herself in the medium between vast ideologies about the love concept that she has been looking for. Countless of feelings began to weight in the more Eli learns about Nozomi and the more she makes her attempts to get close to her. Without realizing, a strong surge of romance took over. As Eli ventures into this new world called love, she discovers that each of her questions are beginning to be slowly answered, all leading to the woman she had never expected she would deeply fall for. And due to her curiosity, she also didn't expect the circumstances that she had to bear and overcome just to reach the woman, who had given her an opportunity to be with her. With all the things trying to tear them apart, only one question gave Eli a difficult time to answer: "Can her love win?"
