There was a particular clan of yokai that inhabit a little island off the coast of Italy. This clan was one that had been seen as something far worse than any yokai clan to date. The founder of this clan hadn't started it to be that way after he had been cast out of his once loving family and clan of dragons. He had been cast out for being a hybrid rather than full blood. He started a clan that would welcome all hybrids and full-bloods alike, yet many many years after the clan was considered a full-fledged group, acknowledged by even the Lord of Pandemonium himself, the founder was cast out of his clan. A revolution of full-blooded yokai took place, cast out the old leaders and began a new version of the clan that was the exact opposite of what its original purpose was. The founder then sought help from his oldest friend, Nurarihyon, the leader of the parade of a hundred demons in Japan. Ever since that fateful day, the Nura clan has been watching over the founder's family and protecting them from the ones who still sought to kill the founder so his ways were not passed down. The founder, a blond-haired blue-eyed Italian man, formerly of the dragon clan of Italy, is as most would think a dragon, however, a hybrid of a dragon. A dragon with mixed blood of that a deer, a fire spirit, and human. The dragon clan had taken him in as a boy when his father and mother were killed by humans, they did not know that his mother was of mixed blood as well. They only found out when the blond grew horns of a stag and mastered his fire at a younger age than most dragons. That's why he was cast out of the dragon clan. They had been his family and the reason he was chased out of his own clan. He wasn't a full yokai due to his human side and he wasn't a full singular yokai either. To this day, only two yokai know where the blond hybrid yokai resides. The Lord of Pandemonium and a Shiranui the blond's closest friend.

You were just an American girl who learned to live independently.
