Once at Texas Children's Hannah is taken to Legacy tower where the heart center is and it is huge eight of the floors are dedicated to cardiac care. Hannah is nervous but ready. The doctors do many tests and then she is diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy and it is really bad because it went undiagnosed for so long causing serious heart failure now her only option is a heart transplant which means she needs a new heart. Hannah is ready to brave and not give up hope. She also becomes the first alien who gets a wish from make a wish after it goes intergalactic and be the first wish granting organization to do so. She shows everyone a little hope and always having it will get you through your darkest days.
