A war epic between two great polity, the Srivijayan Empire and Medang kingdom in the Malay Archipelago (Nusantara) fighting over regional hegemony. After King Balaputradewa, the Sailendra's dynasty Maharaja of Srivijaya based in Mataram in the island of Java was ousted by the rising power of the Sanjaya dynasty lead by King Rakai Pikatan, he returned to the island of Sumatra to rule the empire from city of Palembang, the birthplace of Srivijayan Empire. The event marked the beginning of the great war between the two dynasty that rages on for hundreds of years involving the lineage of both dynasties and other polity in South East Asia, India and China.

Consumed by hatred upon the usurper of his father, Dyah Ranawijaya, Prince of Kediri mounted a massive assault upon the Capital of Majapahit Empire, Trowulan. The battle ensued for days featuring bloodshed, burning, and massacre of the inhabitants. In the most solemn hour, Daha's troops launched a scorching army and burned down the beautiful city and reduced everything to ash. The already-withered Empire crumbles into ruins, horrible as it is poetic. Ranawijaya ascended to the throne and moved capital further inland. But the once-mighty empire was never be the same again

The year was 1812. A cargo ship from The Ottoman Empire sailed through the Straits of Malacca and into the Sunda strait, bound for the British-controlled port of Merak. Sick sailors thought it was nothing more than ordinary sea illness. They were wrong. They carried The Blight, an unknown disease with a terrifyingly high mortality rate. And at a busy port, with trade and travelers everywhere, it was the perfect breeding ground for a catastrophe that would soon consume the island of Java and potentially the whole of Nusantara.
