11 year old Lexie Kenton is a you tube star. Or was, until she got very sick with the flu and almost died. As a result, she can't sing like she used to, and on top of that, Lexie is forced to move to New York with her mom. She must go to a new school, where she is bullied because she can't sing, dance, or play sports. This story is told from Lexie's point of view.

In the year 2043, the last major war on Earth was fought to the long and bloody end. For nearly two centuries, man began to flourish in culture and knowledge, until they soon found out their planet was doomed. With the help of the Syndicate Interstellar Corporation, the NWC (New World Conglomerate), was able to transport humanity to a safe haven using the power of a newly discovered element. Fast-forward to 2329, where the Theta System has remained peacefully inhabited for almost 60 years, primarily on the planet Helios. But of course, nothing beautiful is to ever truly last.The time comes when the sins of the NWC come back to haunt them. Now a new enemy has arisen, and they are much closer than you may think.
