Descendants of Lovecraft (Tales of Celestia, my own version) A series where a girl in an alternate 1880s Japan is open to foreigners, and the Japanese government is against Lovecraft Descendants. A young 16 year old girl of African-American ethnicity lives in a port town, with her "other resident" Eldritch: a Parasyte like being who is a child of Cthulhu, who's been a part of the girl since her Mother's death in child labor. This girl is a Lovecraft child who's now specifically identified as a Child of Cthulhu. Slightly inspired from A Clash of Steel by C.B. Lee. Also inspired by Lovecraftian tales and Parasyte: The Maxim.
