Ember Lupus is a young girl. She has no idea what she is getting herself into. A world of nature, nympha, faeries, shape-shifters, politics and love. She must navigate through if she wants to survive.

This is the story of The Compound from the perspectives of a group of young elementals "educated" there. They discover much about themselves and their instructors. No matter how many things they find out about this place, they realise it has trained them well for the lives they are forced to lead. Join them on their journeys of self discovery and hardship becoming The Avengers.
