Kanilia Tritimore is a young witch whose entire family was slain when she was just seventeen. Knowing the lower lands were not safe anymore, she traveled up into the mountains. There, she met the wizard, Gandalf, who looked after her for a while, but eventually, they had to part ways. Years later, Gandalf calls upon Kanilia to help a band of dwarves reclaim their home which has been overtaken by a dragon called Smaug. The only female in the group, Kanilia is instantly deemed an outsider. However, a hobbit, Bilbo Baggins, who is also part of the pack, seems to have his skills doubted as much as Kanilia's. All odds against her, Kanilia struggles to gain the respect of the dwarves while doing everything she can to help them take back their rightful home which was so viciously stolen from them.

Everyone thinks that Frodo's parents died in a boating accident..but what's the real story? Gemma and Kili died in battle long ago. Bilbo thinks it's time for Frodo to learn his true origins.

The mysterious F.I. is an Elf. Gandalf insists that she is needed on some quest of his (as per usual). Unfortunately, those who she is questing with are Dwarves. She has nothing against them, but they have a great deal against her kin. Of course they don't know the following: - She doesn't get on well with other Elves - She is much to old for this sort of thing(in her opinion) - She knows all too well the sting of loss and betrayal - They aren't the only ones to have faced dragonfire - She is an Elf Disclaimer - I only own F.I. They looked like I had lost my mind. I gazed down at my socks, desperately wishing I would wake up or the ground to swallow me whole. I still wasn't convinced this was real. It has to be a dream, only in a dream would I be taller than a fully grown man. "You're in the shire," the one with the paler hair asked. "Are you lost?" the other one asked. "Yes," I said, sounding breathless. "I woke up in those trees and I have no idea where am I- wait did you say the shire?" Rosalie Kindrick finds herself completely out of her depth when she wakes up in Middle Earth. Forced to adapt to times far different from her own, she joins Thorin Oakenshield's Company in a desperate bid to find her way home.
