A 100 years have passed since the battle between the Demon Slayer Corps vs the Demon King Muzan Kibutsuji. Sumihiko Kamado, the great-great grandson of Tanjiro Kamado is a high school student who is living a normal and carefree life. However, an unknown organization is conducting research and experiments on kidnapped victims to revive the Demon King and restart the demon race. Meanwhile, Sumihiko recently had strange dreams of his ancestors that something bad will happen soon and he will be in the middle of it. When Tengen Uzui and his wives head out for a glamorous evening, they leave their spirited three-year-old twins, Hoho and Remi, in the care of their friend Sanemi Shinazugawa. What should have been a straightforward babysitting job quickly spirals into utter pandemonium.
