She probably thinks I'm going to fuck her. Instead, I go to my closet and take out a pair of sweatpants and a shirt that's small for me, and a medicine cream I often use for my own bruises. I place the clothes on the bed, then start to apply the cream on her arms. She flinches as I grab her arm. "I don't hit women." I say coldly. Although I was part of the mob, I did have some principles. She looks surprised at my words, probably not believing me given my reputation. She still winces as the cool cream meets her skin. I move on to her bare waist, carefully rubbing the cream on the bruises. My fingers brush over her back, moving her long dark hair to one side of her shoulder. I feel a pang as she whimpers when the cool gel meets the marks. I rub the cream into the bruises as gently as I can, trying to ignore her whines. I finally finish and close the bottle. Then, I sit on the bed, boring my eyes on her face. "Who did this to you?" I try to ask calmly, even though I'm furious inside. How dare somebody break what was mine? Her eyes dart back and forth again, and she swallows nervously. "I'm not going to ask you again. How did you get these marks?" I ask in a harsher tone this time. She gulps, then pushes some of her hair behind her ears. hi guys this is my first story im publishing on wattpad! A young girl, Amara, begins receiving strange video messages. The videos are from an older version of herself, warning about dangers that will happen in the near future heartbreaks, betrayals, accidents, bad decisions, friendships to avoid, and choices that could ruin their life. The future Amara tells her: "Every warning you obey changes your fate. Every warning you ignore will destroy something." But the Amara doesn't know: • How the future self is sending these messages • Why the messages appear randomly • Or what future disaster started this communication As the story goes on, each warning changes the present timeline, sometimes for the better, sometimes creating new problems. In the final act, the Amara discovers the truth about how the messages were sent, and the terrifying event the future self is trying to prevent. ...an event that the present still has the power to stop.

This is the fourth part of a project called the "Daily Self Growth Journal." Its purpose is to prompt readers to journal through encouragement, motivation, and inspiration. In it, the first thing I do is provide a motivational, or inspirational quote from someone noteworthy. Then I provide a verse from the Bible, the source of God's wisdom. Then a vocabulary word to ponder. If you're not bored yet, feel free to read the message I include and see what you think. But the most important part is the role you take. That is to journal what's going on in your life. It's easy, just answer the daily journaling questions provided. The whole process shouldn't take much more than 5 minutes of your time, but I hope and pray those five minutes a day will change your life. Thanks, Jake

Freedom is ours - we are the ones who create our destiny by the choices we make in life. The author of your life is you, as they say. You are free to choose whatever things you want in life but in return, you can never choose its consequences. You've been hurt and damaged by wrong people yet you became stronger and stronger as they break and break you. Finally, you are not stupid anymore. Finally, you realize the most essential things in life. And then he came-the one who created beautiful memories and chaos in your life; who made you the happiest girl but let's go back to the choices. Would you break the rules for the happiness that you've been craving for so long? or would you rather abandon it for eternal happiness that will benefit everybody? Indeed, the choice is ours but the consequences are inevitable. You cannot cease it but you can prevent it for everyone's sake. They say, "It's simple to choose between good and evil but it's hard to distinguish among good, better, and best." So, choose wisely and love your choice. I still don't know if you're permanent or just a passerby in my life. You met me, we loved each other, I left you and we became strangers full of memories. When the time comes that we might cross paths, walking, and just passing by each other. When we are already sure that you and I are just lessons in our individual lives, never forget that you are always in my heart and I would remember you as my beautiful memory.

Despite twenty seven year old Sebastian's great looks and money, he is a woman's worst nightmare. With an arrogant, control freak as a father and a doormat as a mother he definitely has not picked up the best tips on relationships. At this point his father just needed a trusted woman to give Sebastian the next heir before he himself passed on before witnessing it. When Sebastian was presented Layla and he first laid eyes on her, he fell obsessive with her beauty and naivety. Her small frame and her curly hair. She was the perfect girl to own, and despite his demons, he was determined to make her love and submit to him.

"Your father has decided to hand over everything to your brother. We cannot let that lackadaisical boy run things. We simply cannot let that happen!" Rebecca paced around the room, deep in thought. "We cannot do anything about it mother. Let Edward have it all. I don't want any trouble." James calmly replied. She looked up at him. "Nonsense! I'll rather die than let that happen. You my son, you will be in charge. Your much much smarter than him. I'm calling in the big guns and I don't care if this entire city goes down for it!" She pulled out a file and showed it to James. It was a detailed well thought plan. Even James didn't know that she had it all planned from the beginning. But of course she did. Being the mother of the worlds first set of twins, She was the only one that felt the struggle within her. She was the only one that heard the prophecy; 'the elder shall serve the younger.' The determined mother will fight for her favourite son. She knows she can pull it off. its just one game plan. It was time to take down Red. On my way home from a long day at work I saw a box outside my apartment building. Curiosity taking over me, I decided to look inside. The closer I go to the box, I realize how big it was. I was in front of the box and hastily opened it. When I open that box I never regretted it. There was a body in the box. A man. Young man at least. His hair looked matted and ragged. Cuts and bruises all over his body. His lip was busted pretty badly, his nose also had a cut. His clothes were even pretty bad. His clothes were dirty and had holes in them. I shivered in pain as I continue to examine him. His lips were plump, very kissable. He looked like he worked out. He has slight muscle from this point of view. I sighed and stood up. I closed up the box again and dragged the box into my apartment building. I'll take care of him. Until he is better at least ...I hope
