Dr. Tan wants to renovate DCI Headquarters into a bar, and keep a tight rein on the dancers, while the Glitterati wants to abolish any other dance crew. Motivated by the share of a common enemy, Dr. Tan works on a program he affectionately calls Spotlight- designed to obliterate Dance Central forever.
