Ever since Fumiko was two years old,her father made a promise to himself that Fumiko was going to be the perfect daughter for him and perfect wife for her future husband. Fumiko was taught from a very young age that her main goal & priority in life was to be a perfect daughter for her father and a perfect wife for her future husband. Her hair was always expected to be kept long, healthy, and shiny and it was never to be cut because short hair on a woman was considered "unladylike" and "ugly",according to her father. Fumiko was only allowed to wear dresses and skirts because any other form of clothing on a woman was considered to be "unladylike",a characteristic her father was completely against. She told misogynistic messages on a regular basis like her thoughts, feelings, and opinions don't matter nearly as much as her father's opinion and her future husband's opinion. Due to Fumiko's traumatic and misogynistic upbringing, she was blinded by what would soon be the biggest catalyst to a paradigm shift to her ingrained trauma and wanting to live for someone other than herself:Being a closeted lesbian and having strong romantic feelings for her best friend,Aiyana Richardson. Fumiko loved & cared about Aiyana more than herself and she wanted nothing more than for her to feel the same way. However, she can't have the girl of her dreams and the acceptance of her father as well.Fumiko must sacrifice one for the other and deal with whatever consequences that may come from it. Will Fumiko choose to live her own life instead of the one her father wants for her? Will Fumiko's love for Aiyana be enough to let her sacrifice the conditional acceptance of her father? Will Fumiko finally be able to live the life she wants as an uncloseted lesbian & by Aiyana's side and obtain her dreams of freedom?

WARNING! This story is all about Anorexia Nervosa and what it is like, so if that is a trigger, do NOT read this! This is a story about a young Camilia (a girl), who is struggling with Anorexia Nervosa and the normal problems with being a thirteen year old girl. In desperate need to talk to someone, though she believes she has no one, she starts writing in a journal to her sister, Beth. Beth was the one person she trusted with her whole heart and talked to about absolutely everything. That was before she died in a tragic car accident. And remember that this ENTIRE story has one giant trigger warning: Eating disorder, starving! Please don't comment things like, that's not what it's like when you have Anorexia, and all that stuff. I myself am struggling with it so I am writing all of this from first hand experience. Anyways, enjoy!

This is the first person account written by an unreliable narrator who struggles with his mental health problems and is attempting to tell the story of what happened to him starting seven years ago, having realized his tendency to dissociate from reality. Hoping to make sense of his life and to reveal the eluding self portrait of himself, the narrator is yet plagued by his tendencies as he manifests his flawed but substantial conclusion. Based on true stories but not a true story. Serializing each chapter (called pages) as I edit and write first and/or second drafts; will do final draft when story is finished being serialized and probably have a better summary. Would like to get a page up weekly by Friday at midnight.

A collection of poetry and chronicles of an insightful yet misunderstood teenage girl, desperately trying to find meaning of the endeavors of her mind and her life. From her poetry about her mental illnesses such OCD, ADHD, and BPD to her chronicles about her beliefs on the world at large. Her depictions of certain events in her life take place from 8th grade, the year many things in her life went astray to 10th grade, a year that would show signs of happier future for this young advocate of egalitarianism.Finding her voice to speak up and speak out against bullying, mental health, lgbt rights, and so many other topics made her stronger than who she used to be. She learned how to turn her trauma into an art form as a coping mechanism for not only herself, but other people who may relate to her thoughts, feelings, beliefs, or the pain of having trauma shaping who you are itself. She was also inspired to turn to writing and storytelling because she wanted a safe outlet to be as honest as possible with the problems she has faced in life. She became strong & resilient to survive because that's what she had to do and that's what she needed to do.Life can be a very cruel and merciless game, but Lillian is a very tenacious and strong-willed player.

Obsessive-compulsive personality disorder (OCPD), also known as 'anankastic personality disorder' or 'compulsive personality disorder', is a behavioral disorder that is characterized by an excessive need for following the guidelines, organization, cleanliness, and perfectionism in society. OCPD is far more common in men than it is in women. A person with OCPD enforces his or her standards onto others for them to be like him or her through hard labor, despite some others suffering from a disability. On top of that, no one is actually perfect in the sense that all humans make mistakes to improve for next time. An obsessive-compulsive patient focuses so much on achieving completion on a task that he or she doesn't spend enough time with his or her children or friends outside of the workplace, as well as being cold and distant to them. Interestingly, an obsessive-compulsive patient might as well make up the largest in the working class than any other people with different personality disorders or mental disorders. Differences between OCPD and OCD Obsessive-compulsive personality disorder often gets lumped together with Obsessive-compulsive disorder as both the same disorder by many people. However, there are differences between these two disorders. People with OCD can't control themselves, and they are likely to seek help to treat their disorder. People with OCPD are able to control themselves, they almost never seek therapy, and they believe that they have a purpose in life to be symmetrical to impress others. Comorbidity The following conditions commonly coexist with OCPD: Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and other anxiety disorders Avoidant personality disorder (AvPD) Compulsive hoarding Substance use disorder Asymmetriphobia Germaphobia Eating disorders Depressive disorder Therapeutic Workbooks for Home : https://lnk.bio/vw4t

Ivy "Red" Calloway wakes up in St. Dymphna Psychiatric Hospital with no memory of how she got there. Again. The doctors say she has Dissociative Identity Disorder. Inside the ward, she meets four other women-Marla, the dangerously charismatic heartbreaker; Nell, the poet who speaks in riddles; Sasha, the girl dissolving into perfection; and Angie, the weary mother figure hiding her own ghosts. Together, they make up a twisted sisterhood of the forgotten, the misdiagnosed, and the misbehaved. At first, their days are filled with group therapy, bad cafeteria food, and whispered secrets. But soon, mischief turns into mayhem. And when a challenge to outwit the staff spirals out of control, the women are faced with a terrible question: Are they playing the game, or is the game playing them? A dark, haunting, and deeply human story about madness, survival, and the blurry lines between reality and delusion. By Cydney McMillon

You lived two lives. You were a famous singer/model at night and an overweight nerd by day, who was regularly ridiculed by her classmates. You never spoke up or defended yourself. Always stayed away from everyone, staying to yourself to conceal your identity. Sooner or later, you attracted the attention of a wealthy adolescent who, unfortunately, was your school's known bully. Whenever you had a concert, he would buy out the entire VIP area to see you from a distance. You were his favourite singer; he just didn't realise you were the girl he would humiliate every day at school. He gave you the nickname "Fatty Tammy" for the rest of your school years.
