This is a oneshot I wrote for a contest on instagram, but decided to post it on here too to see what people think of it.

Some memories are too heavy for the heart. So we give them to the sea. When a grieving father descends into the preserved skeleton of the last memory-bearing whale, he isn't looking for answers.
