Based on the end of MHA, Izuku and Ochaco deal with regret over not saving the ones they wanted to save and pain over people they care about who was hurt in the war. After the war they both have severe PTSD and Depression and Anxiety and both go to therapy to get a sense of closure. They are not the only ones dealing with regret and PTSD Bakugo is dealing with it as well as others from their class and outside of their class. As I said this is based off of the end of MHA so they are all adults in their 20s and most of the characters will have a boyfriend or girlfriend based on MY ships will have spoilers. He also meets the VKs. Izuku realized the Isle of the Lost are suffering and the VKs are trying to make their parents proud but he doesn't think that's possible. 8 years later, Izuku is Sixteen years old and now goes back home but Ben has other ideas that something Izuku was surprised by.
