[A Splatoon Fanfiction] There have been many stories about the Great Turf War - all about the victories and heroes that played their part. Though, one tale about an Inkling hero who had fought with an Octarian brush is known by only a few. The first time Hotaru Ayako had ever heard of this Inkling was from an unlikely encounter with an enemy. She has been given two choices, to either head down to Octo Valley with her own Octobrush, or face major consequences. And while she, herself is intrigued by this, she decides to spend her summer exploring the undergrounds to uncover this forgotten legend. But what she doesn't know is that her answers might be hidden in places she would not expect. (AUTHOR'S NOTE: Obviously, it's be best to understand the main plot of Splatoon's story, or better yet, play the game, in order to understand this fanfiction. I was bored, and stumbled upon some art. Cover art as well as any other art used is not mine.

Marie grounded me from continuing to transcribe her Agent 4 Factopedia, so I've decided to write this instead. This isn't something I was hoping to write though. I mostly just want to write about everything that I had to do while I was mind-controlled and my own personal experiences, including the times I had poop in my hair. Starting from getting mind-controlled, to being a backup singer for Turquoise October to then moving up to Chief Interior Design before finally becoming second in command. I'm not fully comfortable sharing everything mostly because some of it is difficult to remember, but at the same time, I'll do my best. Due to the amount of trauma and helplessness I need to go through to write this, however, there's a good chance that an entry from the Agent 4 Factopedia will be transcribed before a new chapter from this gets made.
