She gets invited onto the Tardis anyway, and she and the Doctor go to pick up an old friend... Kayla has been rotting in a boarding school for a couple of years now, and when Lilith and the Doctor show up, she obviously jumps right on board the Tardis to have some insane adventures. So, Kayla, Lilith, the Doctor, and the fam fight monsters, save planets, and generally just hop around the multiverse, having a good time. Until the Master comes and ruins it all.
