Lyra Black has hated her family for as long as she can remember. Their views on blood were at first annoying, until she started to hate it even more, once trying to run away from home with her brother. They got caught. Her brother was the only kind one. The only one she could turn to. Her twin. But being both a twin and wizard can come with strange repercussions, including the fact that her and her twin can talk mind to mind, freaking many people out when they finish each other's sentences.
