Evaristo Cuevas has experienced a lot of weird things in his life. He can deal with trucks appearing out of nowhere (twice!), he can cope with the twinkling lights who say his name, and though they're super creepy, the beings with black-hole eyes and clawed fingers haven't harmed him, but after he's lifted twenty feet into the air, he knows for a fact that something is terribly, terribly wrong. Her husband is madly in love with the child and doesn't want anything to happen to it. But what if it's not the child he should worry about, maybe he should worry about his wife. As they get situated in the home things begin to happen... things change, people change everything is different

It's Foxy's first day of tenth grade. Though there was one old man however, who was as thin as the Ladder itself. His name was Jacob.
