After Odysseus gets in the water, he is washed ashore on a new island..but now, he's a monster, a proper monster. Odysseus and Menelaus go to Sparta as suitor for Princess Helen of Sparta but Odysseus ends up falling in love with her cousin, Penelope despite the fact that Helens father, Tyndareus wants him to marry Helen. And Helen vowed she would never fall in love with anyone. But when she meets Menelaus she feels like he is the part of her she has been without her whole life.

Patroclus is a new kid at Mycenae Academy, constantly down on his luck...until recently. But the real question is... will it be for better? Odysseus isn't the same after a certain head injury leaves him with bad lapses in memory... who can help him the most?

So I decided to rewrite the EtM version of Calypso's Island, but in the style of the original Odyssey. I didn't look into specific meters or how many syllables per line or anything like that, but I wrote it in stanzas, trying to capture the same basic vibe as the original epic poem.
