In the waters there is actually another version of the couple Odysseus and Penelope, actually all the sirens are just replica's of every human. They may feast on them but they aren't monsters, after Siren Penelope found out about another version of herself and her husband, she told him she would bring the other Odysseus by giving the ability to breathe underwater, but she hasn't returned, and Siren Odysseus got worried, that's when he discovered, his other self knew of sirens, but not that they were actually replicas of the humans that were alive, and that Human Odysseus has killed his siren wife. Now he is out for blood, having no one left but his son. Will he get revenge? Or will Human Ody make it home?

*TW blood, injury, murder, nightmare, panic attack, child abuse, violence, trauma/ptsd* this story switches perspectives between odysseus, telemachus, and penelope showing the same events focusing mostly on telem & ody mainly dealing with telem's trauma the song Odysseus ends a bit differently and so ICHBW doesn't happen. now telemachus is scared of his father. both father and son deal with guilt and trauma and both hide it. odysseus wants to be a better father to telemachus and telemachus wants to be a better son to odysseus. everything between them and in themselves keeps building and building but what happens when neither can hide it anymore?
